Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kayelynllc.com. Be sure to include a photo and brief description of the issue so we can make it right. A replacement will be issued promptly.

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Please note:

  • Jewelry must have the original tag still attached to be eligible for return.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 10-day window or for items that show signs of wear.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
